Yes, of course. Why would an Input Range affect the operation of deleting characters? There is no bug here, it works as intended and expected.

The issue is with the Return and Tab keys, not the Delete key. These keys should not be affected.

Additionally, carriage return is disabled for any field that has any Input Range option.
