Please note that it is an absolute no-no to put a Panorama database in a shared folder - whether via DropBox, OneDrive, or using Apple’s file sharing (as you appear to be doing here). This can absolutely result in the kind of problems you are encountering. If you need to share a database between multiple users, the only way to reliably do that is to set up a Panorama X Server.
