Here’s a cute little bug. If you have the view organizer open, and select New Procedure from the View menu, there is a good chance the new procedure will be formed inside the “View Organizer” database, rather than the database that the View Organizer is supposed to be representing. When you close the View Organizer window, your new procedure will disappear.
Actually, the problem is signficantly worse than you describe. Here’s how to duplicate it.
- Open the View Organizer
- Click on some other Panorama window.
- Click back on the View Organizer
At this point, all of the menus will be wrong. Instead of showing the View Organizer’s menus, the menu bar shows the menu for the other Panorama window you clicked on.
For now, you can temporarily get the correct menus back by toggling between Forms/Procedures in the View Organizer.
This bug has been bugging me for months. Your post motivated me to take another look at it, and I think I have fixed it! This fix will be in the next release.
