View As List display problem

I am creating a short report summarizing a few records in a list , with a total.
I have the form laid out, but when I switch to “Data Mode”, there are no records displayed, even though the center box says"4 visible/199 total". When I select Preview from file menu , it displays one record per page. The report displays as individual pages whether “View As List” is selected or not. How can I display a list of records in a report, with multiple records per page?

You didn’t mention tiles, so you may have neglected to include them. If so, that might explain what you are seeing.
