Is it safe to upgrade my new Mac Book Air to OS 13.2.1?

I have been using 13.2.1 and have not seen any problems with PanX 10.2.0 b32

I think it is too late. 13.3 is out. I have not experienced any problems with updates for many years, and they enhance security.
