I’ve seen this before, and it happened again today with b37, so I decided to report it.
While logged on to one account, I used a Panorama URL to switch to a 2nd account, but got “Unauthorized” errors when I tried to open a file locked to the 2nd account.
The Log On window showed the correct e-mail address for the 2nd account, but upon checking the license, I still saw the Owner Info for the first account, even after quitting and relaunching. Finally, I logged off, used the URL again to log on to the 2nd account, and the Owner Info was then correct, and I could open my files.
