Why would these files be listed in my Instrumentation Panel? They aren’t open; I checked in Memory Usage.
Those files are open in memory, but they’ve been loaded as libraries, which don’t show up in the Memory Usage window. I think you’ll find that these databases in this folder:
~/Library/Application Support/PanoramaX/Libraries/MyLibrary
In the case of TGC Custom Statements, this was probably intentional (I’m guessing you got this library file from Thomas Cooper), but I don’t think you want those other two files in that folder where they will be automatically loaded.
