Still on my Server Admin wish list

The display of Sessions in Server Administration shows when every user logged on, but so does the Last Activity. It never changes from their logon time.

There are times when there’s say, one user still showing even though they’ve been inactive for hours. I don’t know if it’s safe to boot them to install a critical update or if they’re actively working. An accurae Last Activity would be immensely helpful.

So it turns out that Panorama X Server isn’t even tracking the last activity time for each session, much less displaying it. Apparently at some point I “temporarily” made this display the logon time, then forgot to ever actually implement the feature.

I was afraid it might take quite a bit of work to implement this, but with a bit of head scratching, it wasn’t too bad.

This fix will only work once. you update both the client and the server to the upcoming 10.2.2 release. (If you update only the client but not the server, the Last Activity area will be blank, instead of showing the logon time as it does now.)
