Something that is simple that is driving me crazy

I have wanted to do this for years and can’t figure out how to do it.
What I am trying to do is I have three columns, one in which # of times something has been attempted, the second column the # of times that something has been completed.
In the third column I what to get the average, like #of times tried is 10, # of times completed 5 so in the third column want 50.0
RIght now in doing it I get this .500, so how do I convert this .500 to 50.0?

Thanks

Or better yet and this is really easy.
I have my three columns and do a formula in which my answer comes out 500. How do I put a period between the two zeros to have it read like this 50.0???

To convert a fraction into a percentage, multiply by 100. (This isn’t specific to Panorama, it’s a general rule for converting fractions to percentages.)
