Site License seems mixed up

I have two client companies, and each one is signed up with a different Panorama account. When working at home, I switch between the two accounts. Today I opened up Panorama X, then the site license window, and the Overview shows the email address for client A, while the Credentials shows the email address for client B. The other tabs (Owner Info, Computers) show info for client B.

Is this possible? Am I misunderstanding what “Currently logged on” in the Overview means? I assume it indicates which account I am logged into.

What you are describing should not be possible. I cannot imagine how such a result could be produced.

I’m glad to hear that, because it makes me worried about which account is getting charged. I am very happy to supply any other information that might be helpful, logs, diagnostics, or whatever might help.

Remember, Panorama usage is by the month. So from an accounting point of view, all you are achieving by switching between accounts is to make sure that both accounts are getting charged.

The only reason I can think of why you would really need to switch between accounts is if you are using databases that are locked to the accounts, so that you can’t open them if you’re not logged into the correct account. If you’re not doing that, I would recommend just picking one account and sticking with it - though if you follow that advice, it will cost me about $8/month.
