Setting the data sheet entry popup width?

How can I change the width of the popup entry area when editing a field in the data sheet?

I have a field with Choices, and it was only about 10 pixels wide, so I dragged the lower right corner to make it bigger. (I THOUGHT I had only made it about 200 px wide.)

It now extends past the right edge of my (very large) screen, and although I can get a resize cursor along the bottom edge, I can’t get far enough to the right to get a resize cursor along the right to make it a reasonable width.

I searched the forum and the user guide but didn’t see an answer.

What’s the best way to change the width of that popup entry area back to something closer to the width of the one-word choices?

Long time no hear, Hey there Kris,

Have you tried to make the field at the far left of the screen when you tab it open?

Or have you dragged the window the the left?

Just some thoughts.

Right click on the field name and choose Field Blueprint… from the popup menu. When the Blueprint panel opens up go down to the “EDITWINDOWWIDTH” line and change the first value to the lower amount and then click the Update Field button on the bottom of the panel. Now the editing area will open at the new size.
