Server Re-Install

I’m currently having an emergency with our PanX Server.
Any shared DB that I open is failing to sync, and prevents the .Initialize procedure from running.

I tried restarting the server and the computer server and can’t seem to correct the problem.

I’m looking at this point at uninstalling and re-installing the server app. Has anyone done this before?, and could you tell me what that means in terms of preferences, uploading databases again, etc.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Have you tried rebooting your wifi?

The problem seems to be corrected now, surprisingly after clicking Ping Server… from one of the client computers.

I can’t explain how the server got into that state and why Ping Server fixed it, but hopefully this will help someone else in the same situation.
