After opening the Panorama X Prefences via openpreferenceswindow, is it possible to select the partiular Tab that is displayed?

I’d like to automate the process to get end users to the right spot, in this case to Client, Server or Logging as the case may require.

Possibly the same for databaseoptionsdialog eventually

This is not currently possible. There are some potential hiccups that make this more tricky that you might think, the same goes for the databaseoptionsdialog. However, I have opened a Bitbucket issue so that this will be left open for future consideration.
