"Please connect"?

It’s been a few days that I’ve been getting repeated messages, “Please connect to the internet. You have used Panorama for over 16 hours without connecting…” with a puzzle.
But I am connected to the internet.
Solving the puzzle doesn’t seem to do anything. I can wing it by just clicking on the dialog box a few times – it goes away. But then it comes back in minutes.
Restarting Panorama does nothing for this. Re-connecting the internet connection does nothing for this. Restarting the computer does nothing for this.
How to persuade Panorama that I am, in fact, connected to the internet?

Are you using an up-to-date version of Panorama? If you haven’t updated Panorama for a long time, this problem could occur. In that case, download and install the latest version from the provue.com web site.
