Payment Problem

My account time is about to run out. I have been trying to submit a payment to extend for 30 months ($200), but have been having problems. I enter all data in the form (except coupon and organization that do not apply). I press purchace and get a message in the lower left of the entry box with a red X followed by “This value must be greater than 1”
I have not be able to pay. What is wrong?

Have you kept your copy of Panorama X up to date? If you haven’t updated in a while, you won’t be able to make a purchase. If you don’t have the latest version, please go to www.provue.com and click on the Download Trial button, and follow the instructions to download and install the latest version.
