Panorama the beautiful

I came across this quote today.

Ugly programs are like ugly suspension bridges: they’re much more liable to collapse than pretty ones, because the way humans (especially engineer-humans) perceive beauty is intimately related to our ability to process and understand complexity. A language that makes it hard to write elegant code makes it hard to write good code. – Eric S. Raymond, author of the pioneering open source essay, “The Cathedral and the Bazaar”

From my neophyte perspective it seems to me Panorama is pretty good at allowing you to write “elegant” code. I have been thrilled on numerous occasions with what it allows me to do. Any ugliness is my fault not that of Panorama.

Thank you!

I did not ever expect to see a quote from The Cathedral and the Bazaar on this forum! I remember reading that over 20 years ago.
