Expected Downtime: 20 minutes
Date: Tuesday, July 23, 2024
Start Time: 10:30 PM CDT
End Time: 12:00 AM CDT
Expected Downtime: 60 minutes
Services affected: Network Connectivity in ‘Z’ cabinet
Location: PHX1
Although we expect the downtime to be minimal, we ask that you plan accordingly due to possible unforeseen occurrences during the maintenance window. The goal is to successfully complete the task and restore service within the stated time frame.
We apologize for any inconvenience that you may experience. We value your business and care about your satisfaction. Please be assured all maintenance activities are to ensure optimal performance of our network facilities and equipment. Access to your servers and/or service(s) within our Phoenix, AZ (PHX1) data center will be powered on and available during this scheduled maintenance window. However, customers connected to switches in the ‘Z’ Mac cabinet will experience increased latency and down time during the maintenance window.

This shouldn’t affect normal Panorama operation, but during the maintenance periods you may not be able to perform operations on your Panorama account (for example purchasing credits, or checking the balance). You also won’t be able to view illustrations in help documentation.
