Panorama said it synchronized “-20,223” records … that sounds bad.
Any idea what might have happened?

I have no idea how it could possibly display a negative number of synched records. I would have thought that was impossible. I am traveling to a conference this week so I don’t have access to the source code to investigate this immediately.
Your second message provides a potential clue though - somehow it would appear that the local copy of the database is completely corrupted. If you haven’t done so already, I would suggest throwing that local copy in the trash and downloading a fresh copy from the server.
ok. thanks!
Followed what you said, here:
And that seems to have addressed the issue.
What’s puzzling is that several “local” copies on several computers were corrupted in the same way, which made me think he server copy was at issue.
But, once I grabbed a fresh copy from the server, all seemed to be working again.
Any insight into how/why this might be?
TIA

Usually I want as much information as possible as early as possible. But in this case, I’m glad you left this detail out of your original post, it definitely would have confused me and I probably wouldn’t have suggested the fix that apparently worked.

Now that I do have this information - I am confused now. I have zero insight into how this could have happened.
