Moverecordup / moverecorddown don't work on shared db

Invoking either of these in a shared database gets an error: Cannot change the summary level of a record in a shared database.

Thanks. In the next version, Panorama will display the correct error, indicating that moving a record up or down is not allowed in a shared database.
