A user in an office gets an error message when trying to log on to PanX; I confirmed that the credentials are entered correctly. The error message says: arraychange( function: ARRAY parameter must be text.
Can anyone help explain how to handle this error?
That sounds like they never upgraded to b30 or later. You may recall that was the big required update last November, because of a change in the provue server. Any version of Panorama earlier the b30 can no longer communicate with the server, which includes logging on.
They should download and install the current version from the provue.com web site.
