Link to a file location and open file

I have a file list of records composed of days or topics. Each record has several documents associated with it that I always need to print, but then I have to go and search for each document.
How can I include the file location data in each record, and have the document opened when it’s name is selected?

You can set up a field in the database to contain the file location and name. You can either type in the location and name, or you can drag from the Finder into the name. To open the document, use the openanything statement.
