Join Record Error

The following error occurs when trying to execute a simple join statement: JoinOneRecord “Property”, “join source invisible”,“yes”
I have scrubbed my code and cannot find anything wrong with it. I am not sure what the error message means. I am wondering if anybody might have a hint as to what this error means or why this error would occur:

Cannot join, Cannot

I think it means that another user has deleted this record. I think you would get a similar error if you simply tried to edit the record.
