Is it possible to grab and move buttons?

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way for a user to click on an object, eg a button, with the Option key pressed, hold it, and move it around on a form, dropping where desired? Like moving a chess piece around on a board. Thank you in advance for any tips or insights. -

Thanks! I saw that but the “gray box” threw me off. I’m just starting out, so I guess I’d better look closer!
