Initial Window Error

I get the error below when I try to add a form as my initial window in the Database Options…

I’ve tried restarting Panorama, and also with a brand new database with one form.

This is a known problem in b40, it will be fixed in the upcoming b41 release. You can set the initial window by typing it in - the bug only kicks in if you use the pop-up menu.
