I have lost the View option….I looked it up and it said to log out and then back on….when I do that is just says connecting to server then nothing. So then I tried shutting down Panorama. opening a new window from the Finder…..and back on. I followed all the steps and still no luck. I found the plist file (I think). trashed it and restarted Pan. still not getting a View option. I have credits left - so I am not past due….can you help please?

You looked it up where? I don’t know of any official ProVUE source that would tell you that. If there is one, please let me know so that I can correct it.
Maybe you used ChatGPT or some other LLM? In my experience, these consistently provide bogus information when asked questions about Panorama. They are super confident about providing completely wrong information.
This could be a symptom of an out of date copy of PanoramaX.app. I checked your records and you’ve been using Panorama recently, so I’m guessing that you do have a recent copy. But maybe you have more than one copy of the app on your computer, and you have reverted to using an older version? I suggest finding and trashing EVERY version of PanoramaX.app on your computer, and then downloading and installing a fresh copy from the provue.com web site.
I can confirm that you do still have 3 months of credit available on your PanoramaX account.
You are exactly right…..I was getting some sort if AI or chat GPT from google. I will follow your directions and trash the app files and download again. Will let you know what I find out. Thanks for your answer.
Ok so I deleted my Panorama X App. ever got a new password and it worked…BUT. when I tried to open my current data file…I got this error: The document “PAN JUNE 9 2025.pandb” could not be opened. The database is damaged (data.plist). Even some of my older versions of the data file gave me that. and a couple of them opened. and the View option was visible. But those are of no value to me as they are older and have since been updated many times. Thoughts? Thank you for your help on this
