How to activate personal licence?

I’ve just paid $9.95 to activate/renew my personal licence so I can run Panorama 6 on my Macbook as well as my laptop but I still can’t save a database.

The laptop doesn’t have a mail account - is that a factor?

The credit card charge wasn’t processed. I repeated the process and again, no charge.

I really need this - can it be expedited?

Here are the instructions for activating a personal license renewal.

  1. Open the Registration window (from the Panorama menu)
  2. De-activate the serial number (you’ll be asked for confirmation, continue until deactivation is complete).
  3. Now press the Activate button, enter your original serial number and press Submit.
  4. You’ll be asked for the last four digits of the credit card you used to renew the personal use license. Once that is entered you are ready to go.

You’ll need to repeat these steps for each computer that is using the personal use license.

It actually worked like this:

  1. Open Registration dialog, enter serial number and click Submit.
  2. New dialog box asks for last four digits.
  3. Enter digits and click OK (or whatever it was)
  4. Message says “Product Activation Complete!”
