Enabling an "Enter" key

In the past, I used Karabiner to set the right Option key to act like the Enter key which could end editing of a multi line data cell as opposed to the Return Key which adds a new line. I downloaded Karabiner for OS 14 but can’t get it to work. Any recommendations?

It is called Karabiner-Elements now, and works as before. https://karabiner-elements.pqrs.org
