Disabling Total Recall

It seems to me that there’s supposed to be a way to prevent the “Restore Previous Session” dialog from appearing after a crash. I thought that turning Total Recall to Never was the trick but that’s not working.

I ask because we have a server that rebooted after a switch failure and it got stalled on that dialog.

That’s the only way I know of. I would think that would work, if it doesn’t, I’m afraid I have no other ideas.
