When I tried to do a New Generation for Procedures but got rejected due to another user logged on. Then I couldn’t exit the Database Options due to this error: Resume statement failed (no Pause).
The Escape key got this: You are not authorized to change or inspect the design of this database.
I was able to go to other panels with Database Option, but couldn’t close it. I could also still access other databases.
Later, on a fresh boot, I opened Database Options and immediately got the Resume statement failed (no Pause)
In both instances, I had to force quit to get rid of the Database Options window.
While the Database Options window was open in this stuck mode, the Action menu was available with all of its procedures listed.
