Can't access training videos

Since it says “of 57” that indicates to me that there are 57 videos in there for you to select from.

Oh wait, you say you are selecting Mastering PanX 10.2. Those are paid videos, so you’ll see 0 selected if you haven’t paid for them. (You can see in my screenshot above that I have 78 videos, because I have access to both the Mastering PanX 10.2 and Deploying Shared Databases courses. So 57+12+9 is 78 total videos.)

I wanted to watch that last training video in May 2022 and when I click on it on the left PanX Panel, I see the first screen, but when I push play, I hear the audio, and their play time cursor moves along the bottom, but the video display area is all black.

I logged into Vimeo and see all the paid for videos in my account and they play fine (Opera Web Browser) those play okay from there. But playing the free videos by clicking on them in PanX gives a black screen, WITH audio, when I push play

You must be running macOS 13 Ventura. Fortunately, the b31 version, which was just released, fixes this problem.
