Occasionally, while editing a form, I suddenly get the error below. When I dismiss the error box, I then get the two dialogs shown further below. In the recent case I was copying a grouped object.
Ok, this definitely should not be happening.
For right now, you could resolve the problem by going to the Advanced Preferences panel and setting the timeout to infinity.
