B7 New Error Notification

Today I saw a new kind of error notification:

Very nice! This showed me an error in the database’s .Initialize procedure that had been unnoticed for years.

Where does this notification come from? Is it related to (enabled) Instrumentation, or is Panorama X b7 handling procedure errors now differently (specially .Initialize errors)?

In b7 I did a major rework of how .Initialize code is executed. This new notification was added as part of that rework – it only applies to .Initialize code (where errors were previously not reported at all). Otherwise errors are reported normally as they were before.
