Action menu missing in action

Fiddling with a procedure, I have somehow managed to remove the Action menu:

Neither rebooting Panorama X nor restarting the Mac fix this. Worse still every new database I create has the same problem. What’s the simplest way to fix this? I don’t want to play around with menu statements until I know what I’m doing… Maybe

Problem solved - I had no procedures whose names did not begin with a period so the menu wasn’t needed.
