What does this error mean?
If it’s a timeout, is there any way to increase (configure) the timeout value?

I’ve never heard of Panorama Server producing this error. I did a google search and came up with this:
Yeah. Panorama isn’t producing the error … just reacting to it! 
It could be the site where Enterprise is being hosted.
