Transfer pano x database to someone else's account

I created a database for a client who has a Pano X account. How can I transfer that database to them?

Panorama X databases aren’t normally locked to an account, you can just sent them the file and they will be ready to go.

The only exception would be if you’ve enabled the “Lock Database to Account” option in the Security panel of the the File>Database Options dialog. If you’ve done that, obviously you would need to un-check that before sending the file to your client.

Actually, even if the Lock Database to Account option is checked, you can still send them the file as long as the Can Open Database option is set to Anyone. For example you could set it up so that the database design could only be modified on your account, but your client could still use the database.
