Is there a way around the 72 inch height limit when using printtopdf ?
If the height value is less then 72 Panorama assumes you are specifying the height in inches, if the value is greater than 72 it assumes you are using points. So for example if you specify a height of 100, it will think you mean 100 points, not 100 inches. If you need a value larger than 72 inches you should be able to specify it in points. There are 72 points per inch, so if you want a height of 100 inches, use a value of 7200.
