Fill with Value, or Formula Fill, does not retain the formula that it last used if it is re-selected after a previous use. (Is there a reason for 2 different terms for this item?)
Will this dialog have available to it an assist from the menu bar or a pop-up, of formulas with parameters?
It would be nice if the cursor was automatically placed in the text box when the dialog first appears.
