Since installation of b25 I have been experiencing a strange random screen flashing between two View Organizers.

Originally, I thought the problem was caused by dragging a procedure into a Form Window instead of a Procedure Window, but I just proved that wrong. You can stop the loop by waiting for a timeout or by clicking on the desktop. However, moving procedures and forms between two View Organizers re-triggers the problem without a Panorama restart.
I am not sure if this is related to b25, but thought I will post it to see if anybody else has experienced this.
I was able to download and play your movie, but I could not reproduce the problem. No problem moving a procedure or form from one View Organizer window to another – no flashing.
I will keep an eye out to see when and if this happens again. For what it is worth, here is the message I received after either timing out or after I clicked outside of Panorama onto the desktop:
