Site License Problem on New Computer

My office transferred Panorama X to a brand new iMac from an old Mac. The new machine shows a user email of (null). It will not allow me to log off and log back in. It gives a notification of “Communication Problem. Unrecognized response from Provue server. Click for additional details.” Clicking opens a window that says “STATUS=Error”.

How can I log in with this machine?

Supplement: Something is going on. I get the same message on my machine at home! Is there an issue with the Provue server?
