That’s normal. When you click into a Zoom session, you are placed in a waiting room until the moderator notices you are waiting and admits you. Just wait patiently and Jim will admit you. This keeps uninvited “Zoom bombers” from disrupting the training sessions.
FYI this also happens if you click into the Zoom session before I have actually started the session. You can click the Zoom link ahead of time, but you’ll be in the waiting room until I start up the meeting and let everyone in. As Danny pointed out the waiting room is a feature that Zoom implemented to help prevent uninvited participants.
