I’ve installed Panorama X on a Mac running Big Sur 11.6.1. I am trying to run it as a server but I get this error when I try to start up server: Cannot Start Panorama X Server. Panorama X account balance must be more than 2 months. We have 13 active months on our license. What should I do as a next step?
I’m sorry, it’s giving the wrong error message. I’ve just now created a ticket for this in our issue tracker, it should be corrected to give you the right info.
The actual problem is that you have not purchased the Deploying Shared Databases training course, which is a prerequisite for using the server. See the FAQ page for more information and to learn how to purchase the course.
