Thanks. I did the manual update to .b30. Getting that version up, I encountered the need to login the Provue server (which would monitor my activity in 10.2.0.26, without a login). Yes, .b30 does have a View Menu. But I have no idea why the View Menu should disappear all on its own.
If you are not logged in, there is no View menu. This is not new, it has been working that way since 2015. You apparently were not logged in.
