Is grabfilevariable still viable?

Has grabfilevariable( been replaced by anything? It no longer seems to work.

The new name is fileglobalvalue(, but the old name is working in a quick test.

It turns up if you do a full text search for grabfilevariable(.

I did a full text search but grabfilevariable( didn’t show up. I guess I should take a look at what does. : )
