How to unlock a Text Editor Object?

I have a text editor object on a form in a database which was converted from Panorama 6. The object was locked in Panorama 6 and remains locked in Panorama X (as expected).

How do I unlock the object without writing a procedure to do it? I had expected to find it in the Properties Panel (aka Magic Panel) but there’s nothing there.
