I upgraded an older iMac from 10.5, thru 10.6, to 10.9.5.
All our Pan 6 files worked fine, accessed the server OK, but ONE form failed to print. (Of course, it was the one form this user prints from all day… ;-). Printing to a printer or a pdf would cause the Print dialog to flash by for half a second, and nothing else would happen. And, this form worked fine on every other Mac in the office.
After an hour of copying the form, and deleting various bits, I finally discovered the culprit was simply a text item in Times New Roman! Weird. The solution was to open Font Book, and discover that that font, and a few others, had duplicates installed. Removing the duplicates solved the problem.
