Enable Apple's Return to Previous Size?

Would it be possible to enable the Return to Previous Size option in the Window menu?

Apple seems to have implemented window resizing commands that are hard to override. I have a Panorama macro I’ve been using for decades keyed to option-command-M, which Apple now uses to resize the window to full screen. I have not been able to override that in the System Prefs Keyboard config; even when I try reassigning that shortcut, it still triggers the Apple resize, and if I forget that it doesn’t work anymore, Apple zooms my window open, and then I have to manually resize my window back down to (approximately) where it was before.

There is a standard command that appears in the Window menu, Return to Previous Size, but it’s disabled in Panorama X.

Would it be possible to enable that command so I can get my windows back where they were when I inadvertently zoom them open?

Thanks!

Don’t know if this is any help but when the window is in the full screen mode you can move up to the top and expose the menu bar and the three colored circles on the left of the title bar. Clicking the green circle will return to the original window size.
