Downloading Shared dbs from Server

Some databases are downloading fine from the server, others are accumulating in the ‘Download to…’ section of the Available Servers tab. When they are requested for Download on the Databases tab, they do not download but just get listed as a ‘To Be Done’ kind of thing on the Available Servers tab.

If I attempt to move the file via an email, the file opens but gets stuck on a Synchronizing status without it completing and having the download icon in the status window of the db.

It certainly sounds like the connection between the client and the server doesn’t work. Are you saying that it works for some databases but not others, all on the same server? If so, that is certainly a new one, I’ve never heard of that before and cannot imagine any circumstance that would cause that.
