Today I got this message from a user:
“Hi Tom, One thing Joe and I both experience is when we have entered info in a field, hit Tab, and it disappears. It happens in both Check Request and WC, I believe. It just happened in Check request. We have to re-enter the info. I know it often happens if I have entered something, gone into another window to get further info needed, and gone back, THEN hit Tab. But I think it also happens sometimes without leaving the screen. Joe? Do you have any other insight on this for Tom?”
This is the same problem reported on October 13th. I am not sure where we go from here, but this is a serious issue. I have asked both of them to keep track of the details/steps leading up to the problem.
