Trying out Construct Line Items. dB has 25 line items. Using the dialog I changed the line number width from 3 to 5 and adjusted width of ItemΩ from 10 to 40:

Result is that line 23 is missing TEO Item23 [repeatable after relaunch of Panorama:

Any chance that the field Item23 has been inadvertently deleted or renamed?

You are right. Item23 was labelled as Item32.

FYI - Panorama X can automatically build line item fields for you, eliminating the possibility of typos like this.

I’m now realizing that this isn’t documented as well as it should be. But there is a brief mention on this page (see Repeating Line Item Fields):
