Moving horizontally on a record in the Datasheet, the originally selected cell remains highlighted. Moving to another record the highlight changes to the correct cell but again the highlight fails to move to other cells on the same record. It’s strictly cosmetic because starting to type activates teh cell that should have been highlighted. For instance, buttons on Tab Panels:
